How To:
What you need:
1) plain chunky tall sock: I found the plain sock at Tjmaxx
2) lace, I purchased 2 yards
3) 4 buttons
I sewed the lace onto the top of sock while it was on my leg because the sock stretches but the lace does not so I wanted to make sure that I did not sew the lace too tight
I then cut a small piece of lace and sewed it down the side with the ruffled part facing back
Last I attached the buttons over the lace down the side
This was fairly easy and a lot of fun, I am ready to make more in fun colors!

Make a Statement
Necklace: Kate Spade
How to wear this:
Evening: LBD (little black dress) with nude pumps and a simple earring. I like statement necklaces on top of fabric so a boatneck dress would really make this necklace pop.
Day: a pair of dark denim jeans a flowing cream or blush blouse with flats or riding boots, throw a coat or layer a sweater for a more dimensional outfit.
